Procurement Specialist

The candidate should have at least 2-5 years of hands-on experience with experience of working for global customers. The candidate should be flexible to work at odd times occasionally to meet global customers’ needs.
- Developing and maintaining sourcing vision, Vendor Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Bidding and Tendering, Catalogue Management.
- Work with IT organization to manage process improvement and automation
- Develop early engagement model with key category stakeholders.
- Facilitate and conduct supplier business review meetings
- Responsible for overall supplier management of assigned commodities
- Develop and own the commodity strategies under your management
- Drive purchasing and supplier sourcing decisions towards lowest ‘total cost of ownership”; encompassing price, risk, service levels, payment terms, incentives/penalties, change management, etc …
- Drive end-to-end RFPs in compliance with Procurement process and procedures;
- Identify and meet price, performance, cost savings requirements
